Courses run over an 8 week period, 1 hr per wk. Cost per course is $210 (A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in class)
How are we different? At Bella's Pole Studio, not only do you learn pole moves, spins and awesome tricks, you will also learn how to integrate this into a fun and fantastic routine from the very beginning. Don't worry - NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! So get ready to have fun, get fit and feel like a star!
Pre-Beginners Mini Term: Not too sure whether to start? If you feel you can't commit to an 8 week beginner class, why not try a mini term (4 weeks)? This is a basic intro to pole dancing and loads of conditioning to help you prepare for Beginners 1. Cost is $120 for 4 weeks & full payment is required upon booking. Please check our timetable to see when the next mini term starts.
Beginners 1: This class is designed for those who have never pole danced before. This class will introduce you to Bella's Pole Studio, essential pole safety, and the fundamental pole moves that will have you loving pole dancing. This class focuses on building your strength and increasing your flexibility so that you can progress to the next level. You will also learn a routine that will allow you to put your new moves through their paces. No experience necessary!
Beginners 2: This class is for those who have completed Beginners 1. In this class, you will continue to develop your upper body strength, increase your flexibility, while learning some new and exciting moves. You'll be learning a variety of upside down moves and cool climbs, giving you a complete body work out. You'll also learn a new routine!
Intermediate 1: This class is for those who have completed Beginners 2. You will continue to develop your upper body strength and increase flexibility and stamina, while learning more cool moves and climbs, which will surely give you a giggly head rush. You'll also start learning how to integrate moves and get a complete body workout.
Intermediate 2: This class is for those who have completed Intermediate 1. This class will continue to develop your upper body strength, while learning some more advanced aerial moves for an acrobatic adventure. A total body workout in heels plus you get to learn a new routine that will show off your new moves.
Intermediate 3: This class is for those who have completed Intermediate 2. This class will continue to enhance your inverted pole spins, slides, turns and crawls with complex combinations. Learn more transitions, mind blowing aerial moves and a sexy new routine!
Intermediate 4: This class is for those who have completed Intermediate 3. This class builds upon your advanced pole moves, throwing in new moves and spins to keep you challenged, integrate it into a new routine and is a total body workout.
Intermediate 5: This class is for those who have completed Intermediate 4. This class continues to build on your moves, throwing in new tricks and combos to push your limites, all intergrated into an awesome routine!
Advanced 1: This class is for those who have completed Intermediate 5. This class continues to build on your advanced aerial and spinning pole moves, strengthening your upper body, abs and thighs. We put all these moves into a new routine that will surely please.
Advanced 2: This class is for those who have completed Advanced 1. This class requires an extensive amount of upper body strength, strong abs and thighs. This is a serious workout, pushing your flexibility and strength to really get your heart pumping. And get ready to learn a new routine!
Advanced 3: This class is for those who have completed Advanced 2. Be prepared to be pushed to your limit as you will truly be challenged in terms of your strength and flexibility with advanced pole and aerial moves plus learn a new routine.
Advanced 4: This class is for those who have completed Advanced 3. This class will continue to push you to your limit as you bend, flex and contort your body into the most amazing pole moves and tricks and integrate them into a new routine. For the true pole dancing goddess!
Advanced 5: This class is for those have completed Advanced 4. Get ready to be pushed to your limit as you stretch, flex and contort your body into amazing pole moves and tricks as well as intergrate them into a new routine.
Advanced 6: This class is for those who have completed Advanced 5. This class will push you to your ultimate capacity as you get your body into unbelievable pole positions and integrate them into a new routine. When you finish, you will truly become a Bella's Pole Studio Super Star!
Master Class: This class is for those who have completed Advanced 6. Designed for students wanting to compete and/or perform for Bella's Pole Studio as well as maintain and build upon the difficult and challenging moves you have learnt across the curriculum. We focus on acrobatics and Chinese Pole moves as well as pushing your limits with your flexibility, strength and performance techniques.
Strengthen, Stretch and Flex: As the name suggests, we'll get you to strengthen, stretch and flex your body! This class is designed to improve your cardio, increase your flexibility and strength so that you can master the more difficult pole moves when in class and compliments your pole curriculum. You don't have to be a pole student to do this class either so why not join and see the benefits!
Pole Fitness: This class is designed for students who want to learn pole moves, spins and combinations but without the need to combine it into a routine. We work with you to improve your pole fitness so you can hold moves with better control and strength, for a total body work out. Designed for all levels of pole students, you can even drop in (a casual rate of $30 per class applies) and combine this with your normal pole class. Cost of the class is $210 for 8 weeks and runs the same time as other pole class courses during the year.
Sassy Sirens: This class is designed for mature aged women who will feel more comfortable with other women of similar age.
Free information sessions: We hold FREE information sessions in Week 8 of every term, so come along to a session and see how fun and rewarding pole dancing can be - what have you got to lose?
