At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes.
All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels.
